Most states are strictly You Pump gas stations. Up until a few years ago, you had to have an attendant pump your gas in Oregon, but now you pump your own. This Shell station in Lakewood, Washington, has actual full service. They will pump your gas, check your tires and oil, and wash your windows, for the price of the gas - which of course is slightly more. You will also note they have service bays, not a mini-mart with snacks, beer, and day-old "gas station sushi".
