The oldest son of banjo pioneer Earl Scruggs lives here. Gary has been around the world of music since his childhood, but never as the up front star. First as the bass player for the legendary Earl Scruggs Revue with his father and brother Randy. Then as the bassist for super outlaw Waylon Jennings for several years and now as a hit songwriter.
