The George F. Baker Jr. Houses are a complex of three residential buildings at 67, 69, and 75 East 93rd Street on the Upper East Side of Manhattan in New York City. They were completed in 1918–1931 to the designs of the architecture firm Delano & Aldrich. The oldest of the group is the Francis F. Palmer House at 75 East 93rd Street. No. 75 was expanded and Nos. 69 and 67 were erected by a later owner, George F. Baker Jr. The three buildings are New York City designated landmarks, and the entire ensemble was added as a group to the National Register of Historic Places in 1982.
After a public hearing on November 10, 1966, the Landmarks Preservation Commission voted on January 14, 1969 to designate 69 East 93rd Street a landmark, declaring it to be "an outstanding example of a modified Federal style...dignified in character...spacious in conception."
On June 28, 1989, Richard Jenrette bought No. 69 from George and Edith Baker's grandson, and lived there until 1996. In 1996, Jenrette moved back to No. 67 and abandoned his plan to renovate No. 69. In 1997, he sold the house to Classical American Homes Preservation Trust, which used it as its headquarters until 2020.
The Classical American Homes Preservation Trust offered both No. 67 and No. 69 for sale in May 2021 for $25 million. The industrialist and magazine publisher Peter M. Brant and supermodel Stephanie Seymour bought both in January 2022 for $20 million.
In April 2023, the new owner offered No. 67 for sale for $23 million, and in January 2024, it was offered for sale for $19.5 million. As of November 2024, No. 67 was for sale; the asking price was $17.95 million.
