George Foreman's House

This is world famous American boxer George Foreman's house, pictured here under construction. Foreman is perhaps best known as a former professional boxer, active from 1969 to 1977 and from 1987 to 1997. Known as Big George in the ring, Foreman is one of the worlds greatest heavyweight boxers, earning the heavyweight championship title twice and Olympic gold medals. Also known for his distinct line of portable grills, Foreman has since his boxing career launched into entrepreneurship.

In addition to the famous grill, his other business ventures include a clothing line, several books and a 2008 reality show called Family Foreman. Foreman is also an ordained minister and an author.

Foreman has 10 children, including five boys named George. Foreman was previously married four times prior to his marriage to Joan in the 80’s.

This house recently made the news in April of 2019, as a golf cart reportedly caught fire. The fire was contained to the garage, with minimal damage beyond the golf cart. None of his 40 other cars in the collection were damaged aside from smoke and water.

Though the boxer says he usually drives a pick up, he still enjoys his collections. The boxer himself is unsure how many cars are in his collection, but it’s at least 50. Mercedes, Ferrari, Royls Royce, and many Chevrolet cars, the collection has a huge variety.

George Foreman is now has a net worth of over $300 Million. Foreman had earned a modest fortune of $5 Million from his boxing career, but in the late 80’s he was on the verge of bankruptcy after a string of bad investments and unchecked spending. Then thanks to the wild success of his namesake grille, the George Foreman, he was able to springboard off that investment and earn his over quarter billion fortune. Now the once boxer turned entrepreneur, enjoys his time in this huge mansion.
