George Schaeffer is the founder and CEO of OPI, a nail polish brand headquartered in North Hollywood. In 2010, he sold the firm to cosmetics giant Coty for approximately $1 billion.
Schaeffer paid $5.45 million for this 7,400 sq. foot home in October 2011. He also owns at least four other large Beverly Hills homes, which he purchased for a total of around $30 million.
