I live not too far from this home and actually have photos of the interior because we said we went to the local junior college for building construction and they let us go through the house. Place is sick! The basement alone has a bowling alley, theater, pool and a MASSIVE bar.

i worked on the low voltage for the house ie. theatre audio and video.. he place is unreal i didnt get to see the finished product tho sine i was there for the beginning stages. there is elevaors a ballroom of a dining area and the maids even have there own little wing to live in with kitchen and all.

I worked extensively in this home during its construction and it was an awesome experience. A once in a career type of home for me.
Mr.and Mrs. Forsythe were there quite often during the construction and were very gracious people.
The mechanical systems installed were bleeding edge and extensive to say the least. Will never forget this job for sure.

I actually owned the property and Gerry purchased it from me. The home is 47,000 sq. ft.

I am an aerial photographer in the area who photographed almost the entire construction of this home, right down to the last planting. Absolutely spectacular home. I fly over this home almost weekly, and every time there's something worth shooting. In the fall, I always look forward to shooting Mr Forsythe's bright orange tree directly in front of the home. The most spectacular thing I've captured at the Forsythe home was his grandaughter's wedding. I've shot a hundred weddings from the sky, but this one tops anything I've ever seen. ABSOLUTELY SPECTACULAR!

His wife Jean is my mom's cousin. Gerry never went to college, kinda cool he's done so well. Jean is a wonderful person, pretty too! They have 5 beautiful daughters.

I had the opportunity to work on there home. It's 22,000sq ft. A diesel train engine powers the back up generator. He's in that business as well. Gearald has a collection of Aston Martins that are as sick as the house . Which feels more like a resort. Nice people but definitely a Stern businessman.
