According to The New York Times, Ginevra Elkann, London-born Italian film producer, and Gianni Agnelli's granddaughter, lives on the fourth floor of this palazzo.
Her husband is Giovanni Gaetani dell'Aquila d'Aragona, an Italian nobleman.
The palazzo, built between 1911 and 1912, is known as Villa Ireland, and it was designed by G. P. Stevens, who collaborated on the progect with engineer Filippo Galassi.
In 1939, the famous Italian architect and engineer Clemente Busiri Vici worked on transforming, expanding, and decorating the villa.
