Glenn Danzig's House - Abandoned

Los Feliz is one of the most desirable neighborhoods east of Hollywood. But the demand has its limits. This was perhaps best illustrated in 2017 when aging horror punk and metal luminary Glenn Danzig listed his Los Feliz Craftsman home on the market for $1.2 million. It found no takers, and single look is all one needs to dispel the mystery as to why - at this point, it's what they call a "tear-down". In 1989 when Danzig bought the house, he paid $275,000. As of 2026, Zillo lists its market value as $1,304,100. In 2025, Danzig's old refrigerator could have been yours, after it was left in the street.
