It found no takers, and single look is all one needs to dispel the mystery as to why - at this point, it's what they call a "tear-down". In 1989 when Danzig bought the house, he paid $275,000. As of 2026, Zillo lists its market value as $1,304,100. In 2025, Danzig's old refrigerator could have been yours, after it was left in the street.
