Built in 1913 by renowned architect Arthur S. Heineman and later occupied by film mogul Samuel Goldwyn, the residence is now home to David Alhadeff, his husband, and their son. Today, the property serves both as the family's residence and as the headquarters of the prestigious contemporary design gallery, The Future Perfect.
What was once the mansion's main living area has been transformed into the heart of the gallery, a space dedicated to showcasing innovative and modern works. The other rooms of the two-story house retain their residential essence, yet each space is skillfully utilized to house carefully curated collections and dynamic exhibitions, creating a harmonious fusion of domestic living and contemporary art.
