Grand Prix of Houston start/finish line

The Champ Car Series and the American LeMans Series raced on a temporary circuit in Reliant Park in 2006 and 2007. The 2008 event was cancelled after the reunification of the IndyCar and Champ Car series occured in February. Sébastien Bourdais won both Champ Car events held here. From 1998-2001, the Grand Prix was held on a temporary circuit on the streets of downtown Houston.
