Grand Slam bomb

The Grand Slam was a 22,000 lb earthquake bomb used by RAF Bomber Command against strategic targets during the Second World War.

42 of the 99 built were used.

The first Grand Slam was tested at the Ashley Walk Range in the New Forest, on March 13, 1945.
