I worked on the team that designed this home under the direction of architect Fred Briggs. If appears amazing from the outside, its even more amazing on the interior. Built on the site of the old Dean Martin estate.

Guilford Glazer isn’t alive anymore. Perhaps one of his children, Emerson or Erika, owns this house now.

Really enjoyed this build.
My Boss Craig Bennet. Great Guy.
inspired everyone that came in contact with him.
The best boss ever. Craig built this house. Hired good people to help. Craig sent me to New York to supervise the Teak material imported from Burma, for the window
and doors by Zelluck .This was all suggested by Gilford. To this day, 2019 was the best build experience , 32,000 square feet of some of the most difficult building and coordination of modern details .
Respect To Fred Briggs
Respect to Gilford, whom I still admire and think about all the time. You made a difference in my life. Mike Esker

I built/remodeled property for Guilford in Bev Hills 2006-2008. He told me he actually tore up the indoor pool and rebuilt it deeper. Also how the neighbor's tennis court (famous tennis player) used to drive him crazy. He bought the lot across the street (Dean Martin) from him and tore the house down so he could have the view. Hell'uva guy- really liked him as a person and working for him was interesting. He would always get what he wanted, that's for sure.
