Gunboat North Park, Gunboat South Park and the land between the two, bordered by S. Elgin Ave on the west and S. Frankfort Ave on the east, kind of looks like the outline of a mighty ship of war . . . and I guess that's why someone decided to name these tiny twin quarter acre parks with these names.
