The actress has quietly paid $4.9M for this 2.4-acre Montecito estate. She bought the property from Nigerian energy mogul and money launderer Kola Aluko, reportedly at a below-market price.

According to the link below, Paltrow purchased this property as a teardown. She will be building a new structure on the site, which has ocean views.
