Haven, a Syfy channel TV series that is loosely based on Stephen King's The Colorado Kid, uses this location to film scenes taking place on character Duke Crocker's boat.
If the ship in the satellite imagery is the exact same ship as in the show, they've certainly dressed it up for the production.

What went wrong in production of S02:E5? Much of the episode isn't in high-def, streaming or on Blu-Ray disk. Low resolution, colours way off.
