Havrekobbel Langdysse #2 (Long Barrow)

Havrekobbel Langdysse is a Neolithic long barrow located on the island of Als in southern Denmark. The barrow sits in a forest that has several other megalithic tombs in short distances from one other. Another megalithic tomb is seen on the opposite side of the road. The shape of the mound is still visible with some kerbstones still in place. In the centre of the barrow is a burial chamber (dolmen) consisting of one capstone sitting upon six smaller support stones. The remains of a small passage leading into the dolmen is also seen at the site.
