Taking its "cue" from legendary Texas barbecue establishment Kreuz Market and its distinctive, dry-rub style, Hill Country's brisket, sausage, ribs and other meats will be smoked low and slow over Texas post oak. The barbecue will be served in butcher paper, counter-style by the pound, with traditional trimmings. Hill Country will feature a meat-smoking room, two full bars with an extensive menu of longneck beers, tequila and bourbon, and a state-of-the-art sound system and stage for live music celebrating the thriving Austin music scene.
