The Collin’s Diner is a National Historic Landmark that is an Original 1941 Jerry O’Mahony design. Diner was opened in 1941 and is the ONLY design of its kind in the world which sits on its own “island” which is still in operation. It has been touted as having the BEST Blue Plate
in Connecticut.
