On Saturday 13th August 2022, OE60STMK/P a radio amateur from Austria using the special callsign to mark the 60th anniversary of the “Styrian Regional Association” within the OEVSV, the Austrian Experimental Broadcasting Association, reached the summit of Hochgolling and activated this summit on the amateur radio bands for the Summits on the Air (“SOTA”) group.

He made 24 contacts in total working on the 2 metre VHF and the 40 and 20 metre HF amateur radio bands.
