Other residents of the Park Millennium include Alan Alda and Regis Philbin. Alda purchased an apartment in this building on the 51st floor for $3.15M. In 2000, Alda also purchased an apartment on the 51st floor for $4.9M. Philbin owns an apartment on the 51st floor as well.
