Howard Thier is the CEO of Tennnier Industries, Inc. which provides flame resistant clothing and mobile sleep systems to the US Government for use by the Army.
Thier purchased the half acre of land in the exclusive St. Andrew's Country Club in March 2000 for $875k. Thier has since built at 9,819 sq/ft home on the property.
