Hundreds of dead bodies

Visible on Google Earth's 4/30/2023 imagery. What appears to be literally hundreds of dead bodies piled into a compound, with severe reddish ground discoloration around the area. Some of the bodies are being loaded onto trucks. Previous and later imagery shows empty compounds.
