This vehicle was obtained under the Command of Lt. Kenneth Rulon SWAT Commander for HPPD. Rulon started the Special Emergency Response Team for the Huntington Park Police Department in 1998 to bring additional advanced officer training and safety to the community. Huntington Parks SERT team utilized this vehicle during riots and high-risk search warrants/arrest.
