I-35 W Bridge Memorial

The 35 W Bridge Memorial is dedicated to those who died (13) and were injured (145) when the 40 year old bridge collapsed on August 1, 2007.

There are 13 steel beams at a length of 81 feet signifying the 13 lost and the date the event occurred. There is also a black granite water fall with the names of the 171 survivors.
