This is a massive property owned by a Russian Gentleman Named Igor Sechin. It is unclear where he got all his money from - he has worked in the public sector all his life. including being Putin's colleague at Leningrad State University and working at the mayor's office of St. Petersburg under Anatoly Sobchak.
