In its 1st season, 06/07, it attracted 259,000 visitors.

In Leg 1 of The Amazing Race 38, teams were instructed to travel by taxi to this arena and compete in a game of ice bowling. 1 team member had to push their partner on a sled down an ice rink towards a set of bowling pins. The 1st team to get a strike won 2 Express Passes, 1 for themselves and 1 to give to another team, and the last team to finish was penalized with a Hazard.
