Imperial Dry Goods Block

Imperial Dry Goods Block (StreetView)
Originally a retail store for R.T. Whitla, this building was donated during the depression by the Steinkopf family to the Young Men's Hebrew Association for use as its headquarters. The clear span of the third floor was utilized as both a gymnasium and a theatre.
