Istana Nurul Iman, Palace of the Sultan of Brunei

Istana Nurul Iman is the largest residential palace in the world and the largest single family residence ever built, whose name means Palace of the Light of Faith

The palace contains 1,788 rooms, 257 bathrooms, and a floor area of 2,152,782 square feet (200,000 m²).

It was designed by the Filipino architect Leandro V. Locsin.
