His government client responsibilities include the Internal Revenue Service, the Department of Labor, the Federal Home Loan Bank Board, the Office of Thrift Supervision, and the Korean Asset Management Company (KAMCO). Prior to joining Houlihan Lokey in 1976, Mr. Zukin was founder and director of the ESOT Valuation Group at Marshall & Stevens, and he was mergers and acquisitions vice president at Niederhoffer, Cross & Zeckhauser.

Mr. Zukin earned a B.A. in economics from the University of California at Berkeley, with honors, and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.
