The home is now owned by Ken Howery and, reportedly, being lived in by Elon Musk, CEO of SpaceX and Tesla. This comes after Musk sold off his nine California homes for approximately $144M and claiming to now live in a $50,000 modular home near SpaceX's Starbase location in Boca Chica, TX.
