Jeff Damavandi's House

Jeff has more than 29 years of experience in all aspects of real estate.

During the period from 1987 to the present, he has been involved as a principal in all aspects of purchasing and renovating or developing more than thirty-five commercial and residential projects across the country.

Jeff received a B.S. from the University of Colorado and an MBA from Pepperdine University.

The property formerly belonged to talent manager JJ Harris and her husband realtor Cooper Layne.

JJ represented Kevin Costner, Charlize Theron, Dakota Fanning, Kate Bosworth, Drew Barrymore, and others.

After starting her career at the old William Morris Agency and jumping to UTA as a partner, she started her own management company more than a decade ago. Harris ran One Talent Management until recently deciding to wind down her business. Until her death, she was spending almost all her time on the career of her longtime confidante and client Costner.
