Jeff Koons' Townhouses

Artist, Jeff Koons, best known for his large-scale balloon animal sculptures, is combining the townhomes at 11-13 East 67th Street into one mansion.

Koons bought the townhouses for a combined $32M in 2009. Individually, the townhomes have a total of 21,726 sqft, however, in the renovation and combination of the units, Koons is slightly reducing the size to 19,325 sqft. According to permits filed with the City of New York, the work is to cost an estimated $4.85M.
