McCaffrey is currently building this 13,000 sqft home, much to local residents dismay, despite passing local approval and fitting within local zoning regulations. Neighbors have called the home "The Spaceship" because of its rounded central tower and radial design set amongst historic estates and cottages. The new home has a flat roof, rounded entryway, and lack of shutters.
