Jimmy Iovine's House

Malibu, California (CA), US
The uber-successful TV sitcom producer and philanthropist Marcy Carsey owned this Paradise Cove compound before she sold it to American entrepreneur, record and film producer Jimmy Iovine. The hit shows she produced or co-produced include "That '70s Show", "The Cosby Show", "Happy Days", "Roseanne", and "Mork & Mindy", along with many others.

Carsey paid $10 million for this compound in 2000 and has extensively remodeled it since then. In addition to the main house, the property includes a large guest house, a small beach house on the sand, a pool house, a tennis pavilion, and at least one other structure.

Carsey's main residence in Brentwood Park, as well as another large Malibu property she owns, are also featured on this site.

Several of Jimmy Iovine's houses are also featured on this site, including his main residence, the Wallace Neff-designed house in Holmby Hills, built in 1936 and recently renovated by Sandy Gallin, once owned by American stage, film and television actress Joan Bennet.
