Joseph B. Marsh is a successful entertainment producer. He owns and heads Magic Arts & Entertainment, which produces, manages, books and promotes tours for artists such as David Copperfield, Janet Jackson, Cher, N Sync, Britney Spears, Barry Manilow, The Backstreet Boys and many other artists and different types of live performances.

Marsh purchased the salvage rights to R.M.S. Titanic and R.M.S. Carpathia. He owns this 21,610 sq ft mansion.
