Bedrosian was fired from NME/Tenet after the firm was sued for tying patients to their beds in psychiatric hospitals. The firm pleaded guilty. Bedrosian sued NME and won a big lawsuit against Tenet, but then was caught cheating on his taxes. At the time, NME agred to pay the biggest settlement ever to resolve SEC charges.
