Thanks anonymous, but property records show the home is owned by the Badwick Family Trust.
A simple Google search of the address and the name Badwick pulls up a 2013 invitation for a Yale alumni party at the house.

And I'm sure that someone totally forged a deed showing that John and Carol Ann Badwick purchaed the property on 25 Jun 1998 for $500,000. Totally plausable.
