The biggest reason is he owns a multi-engine jet that he can't part with or leave at an airport. A plane that size requires a wide enough taxiway and a long runway, the community is literally called Jumbolair Aviation. That HOA offered him that and Marion county approved that community.
Also a plane that old with four engines are ridiculously loud, I wonder if the surrounding residents are okay with that?
