American rapper, producer, fashion designer, and entrepreneur Kanye West’s ranch is the 3,888-acre Monster Lake Ranch in Cody, Wyoming. The ranch includes two freshwater lakes, equipment sheds, livestock corrals, and a go-kart track. After purchasing the property in 2018, West listed it for sale n 2021 for $11 million. He has also listed much of the commercial property he has purchased in the city of Cody. He still owns a second ranch, Bighorn Mountain Ranch, not far from this property.

Kanye West’s real estate portfolio is worth a total estimated value of $160 million. The Hidden Hills, CA property he shared with his estranged wife, Kim Kardashian, is worth an estimated $60 million, though it was sold to Kardashian for $23 million in 2021. That same year, West bought a beachfront home in Malibu for $57.3 million. He also owns a 320-acre estate in Calabasas.
