Suhardiman & Lina Ijawan's House

The songwriter, record producer and singer Kara DioGuardi, who has contributed to a long list of internationally successful popular songs, lived here. She is a judge on the 8th season of "American Idol". She is a long-time collaborator with Hilary Duff and Kelly Clarkson and has also worked with Celine Dion, David Archuleta, Pink, Carrie Underwood, and even Paula Abdul. She purchased the 3-bed, 2-bath, 4,100 sq ft home in June of 2007 for $3.5M, according to public records. She also owns another home in the area that is also featured on this site.

She sold for $6.3M in late 2012.
