Kelly Porter is Founder and Managing Partner of ZAP Ventures. He is board chair of Sitoa, Inc; and is/was a participant on the boards of SafeView; SenVid; CallTower; CellMania; H5 Technologies; Serus; WhiteHat and CareerSmile. Prior to founding ZAP Ventures, Kelly was Chairman/CEO of interactive TV software start-up CatchTV, (acquired by Liberty Media/ACTV); Executive Vice President at InterActive Corp/HSN-Home Shopping Network where he worked closely with Barry Diller; and Vice President of Fox Television in Los Angeles, where he was one of the founders of the company’s cable television division.
