Kent Perkocha's House

This is the home of the Apptus co-founder, who purchased the 12,856 square foot house on 1 acre for $22.1 Million in 2019. Perkocha was a graduate of nearby Los Altos High School and UC Berkeley and started the business-to-business software company in 2006. In 2016, Apptus was acquired by Thomas Bravo, a private equity firm for an undisclosed amount.
