Kim's upcoming 42,000 sq ft home is designed to have a triangular shape with a central courtyard—a unique feature seen in prototype images. The courtyard will have a fountain and pond, enhancing the serene atmosphere. The home will include luxury features like automatic sensor lights, solar panels, and an indoor elevator. Renowned architect Tadao Ando, winner of the prestigious Pritzker Prize, is collaborating with Kim on this project.
