Kiran and Pallavi Patel's compound

Carrollwood, Florida (FL), US
Dr. Kiran Patel and his wife, Pallavi, own this lot on White Trout Lake, which is currently the construction site of what will be the largest singe-family house in Hillsborough County, Florida, and one of the largest in the country. The lot has an area of 17 acres and it is located in Greater Carrollwood. It was purchased for $3.2 million in 2003. The construction project first came to media attention in 2006, but it was delayed several times.

The style of the compound will be a mixture of classical Italian architecture and Indian detailing and flair.
