Klangschiff (Ship of Sound)

After it's lengthy trip to Sarajevo, the sister city of Friedrichshafen, the Klangschiff (Ship of Sound) finally dropped it's anchor here. This piece of art which was designed by the artist Helmut Lutz from Breisgau and then handed over to the city of Friedrichshafen. At present it lies next to the yacht harbor at the promenade by the shores of the lake. During the Kulturufer festival this ship is often used for artistical or musical activities.
