Kodiakred (born Franky Venegas) and his twin brother, Flyysoulja (born Alex Venegas, gained fame in 2021 following a TikTok post of their rap 'Island Boys. The brothers are renting this home in the Heron Bay community.

On 8 FEB 2022, an arrest warrant was served at the home for Andrew James Thomas, a childhood friend of the brothers, who was had been staying at the home for the days prior. Thomas was wanted for the fatal drive-by shooting of 8-year-old Ronziyah Atkins, of Belle Glade (approximately 70 miles away) on 4 FEB 2022. It is reported that, when officers knocked on the door, they saw Thomas with a handgun. Flyysoulja alleges that Thomas tried to get him to hide the gun for him, which he refused, before Thomas hid the gun in the laundry room, which was found by officers.
