Las Colinas resort from the Acapulco TV show

The Las Colinas Resort from the Apple TV series "Acapulco" is the Barcelo Puerto Vallarta resort near Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. The fictional resort on the show uses pink décor, while the resort in real life uses primarily white décor.

The Barcelo Puerto Vallarta is a 5-star resort on the Mismaloya Beach. The hotel boasts 316 rooms and suites, each with a balcony featuring views of mountains or the pacific Ocean. All-inclusive packages provide access to a variety of restaurants and four swimming pools.

"Acapulco" was created by Eduardo Cisneros, Jason Shuman, Austin Winsberg and first aired on Apple TV in 2021. The comedy chronicles a man's career as a young resort employee in the 1980s. As of June 2024, the show is airing its third season.
