A typical fishing village of the 1950’s has been built on Flea Island — it essentially serves as the backdrop for all the performances. Various characters in the houses will be happy to tell you all about the customs, the trades, the legends and stories of the time. The main musical and theatrical performances are held in the main public area (town square). It is important to note that ALL PERFORMANCES ARE IN FRENCH. Nevertheless, if you don't understand the colourful language, you will undoubtedly enjoy the sounds of the Cajun style music that enchants the island.
