American basketball player LeBron James' house will be located on this 2.5-acre property in Beverly Hills. He purchased the house in 2020 for $36.8 million from the estate of Lee Phillip Bell, best known for co-creating the soap operas The Bold and the Beautiful and The Young and the Restless with her late husband, William.

LeBron demolished the house and is currently building a new property which he plans to move into with his family once construction is completed.

LeBron also owns a $24.5-million home nearby in Brentwood and a 7-acre mansion in Ohio. Both are also featured on this site. In 2021, Lebron sold a home he owned in Brentwood for $19.6 million.

LeBron James’ net worth is $700 million. He earns $45 million per season in the NBA as a member of the Los Angeles Lakers. His endorsements deals with brands such as Microsoft, Coca-Cola, Nike, and others inflate his annual income to around $100 million.
